The busiest ferry crossing from southern Spain to Morocco is between Algeciras and Tangier. The ferry docks at Tangier Med about 50 km north of Tangier City. When you arrive in Tangier Med
There is a free transfer bus which takes passengers to the modern ferry terminal building for passport control and customs. When you arrive in the terminal building you can find a ATM machine, Bureau de Change, and a small shop selling newspapers, book, cigarettes and snacks and a café. To get to Tangier Ville, take a taxis bus or train.
Outside the Port
It is about 50 km to Tangier, buses and trains depart regularly. The fastest is by train which takes about ten minutes.
