Moroccan Sweetbread

A simple recipe for delicious Moroccan sweet bread.
Ingredients
1kg flour
1 glass of soft butter
1 glass of casted sugar
1 half of glass of sesame
a quarter of a glass of anis seeds
3 eggs
1 tbl spoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of yeast
salt
In a large bowl put the flour. Then add the sesame and anis seeds.
Next, add the casted sugar, the eggs, baking powder and yeast.
Add the soft butter in pieces.
Pour the milk gradually onto the mixture to make it homogeneous.
Keep on mixing well with your hands.
Until you obtain a consistent dough, you have to work it for 5-10 minutes.
Roll it into a big chunk, don't hesitate to sprinkle some flour so it won't stick.
Then, make 6, 9, 12 or 15 balls out of the dough. it has to be a multiple of 3, remember each plat needs 3 parts.
Cover it with a towel and let it rest for half an hour.
Roll every ball you made into a snake shape.
You should have 3 snake shape for each plait.

Start platting the shapes together.
You should have few plats dough.
Paint the plats with some egg yolk.
Place your finished rolls on a baking tray ready for the oven
Preheat oven at 180C, gas mark 4 and leave for 30 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and Enjoy!
